Terms of Service

By downloading or using the app HexPath, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. License and Access

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the HexPath app for your personal use. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You agree not to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may choose to create an account using your email address.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accuracy: You agree that the information you provide (email) is accurate and up-to-date.
• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or use the app for illegal purposes.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

HexPath may offer premium features via paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and managed directly by the respective App Store (Apple or Google). We do not have the ability to process refunds on our end.

4. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to HexPath.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will function uninterrupted, error-free, or be compatible with all devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HexPath, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
